Whenever an air disaster or other natural catastrophe occurs with a tragic loss of life, the bereaved families need professional help to ensure they receive all the compensation they should get. Without professional help, survivors and the victim's families are open to being taken advantage of.

AAA has been engaged by international law firms to provide local support in major disaster situations. We have worked frequently with insurance companies and defense law firms to litigate or settle many large claims for our clients. When used by law firms, we have been very successful in locating Thai's who have suffered because of the disaster. In addition, our team of experts have assisted in the development of cases by assessing damages to set the value of a claim or by determining whether damages claimed are real.
We have successfully worked in and settled claims for;

* The Boeing and Lauda Air aviation disaster which occurred in Thailand, May 1991 (24 claims).
* The Thai Airways International crash in Nepal in 1992.
* The collapse of the Royal Plaza Hotel in Korat, Thailand in 1993.
* The Royal Thai Air Force Boeing 737 crash at Khon Khaen in 1993. (We represented all families of the RTAF victims and one American employee of Boeing)
