Domestic Relations, Including Prenuptial Agreements, Divorces and Asset Protection

Our legal staff is expert in the drafting of prenuptial agreements, divorces and protecting the party's assets either when the relationship begins or ends.

In addition, AAA offers a service unique in Thailand. We have two full time female staff devoted to domestic relations issues. If a foreign person is establishing a relationship with a Thai, it is wise to ensure that there is a full understanding of what the relationship will be. Our Thai female staff are expert in working with couples and especially with the Thai partner to ensure that a relationship starts without misunderstanding.

They are also unusually adept at helping to remedy a misunderstanding when it occurs in a relationship involving a foreigner and a Thai. We are not a marriage counseling firm but we are able to work with a couple to help achieve an understanding on the future of the relationship.

Our two female Thai staff are also excellent in facilitating as tranquail as possible desolving of a relationship when it is no longer working.
