AAA is unique in its billing practices. Most law firms and other similar services companies bill by the hour. The client never knows what the project will cost. After 20 years of effectively serving its clients, AAA knows what a project will cost to complete. For most of our services, we quote the client a flat fee, and our retainer agreement guarantees that the project will be done for the agreed flat fee. This practice provides the client with economic certainty and eliminates surprise billings. Certain cases which may take an unusually long time to complete may be billed differently.
For some projects such as debt collection and certain large civil litigation, AAA will receive an initial upfront fee to cover agreed collection or court expenses and an agreed percentage of the ultimate recovery from the collection or court proceeding. In other words, AAA is sufficiently confident in its success rate that it will share the risk and reward with the client.
